Aaron Webster was born and raised in Detroit, where he grew up in a household of four women—his mother, his aunt, and his two older sisters. After his parents divorced when he was five, Aaron stepped into the role of “man of the house” far earlier than most. Determined to rise above difficult circumstances, he poured his energy into sports, ultimately earning a full‑ride football scholarship to the University of Cincinnati. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in political science in just three years.
Following an exceptional college career, Aaron went on to play in the NFL, playing for the Houston Texans and later the Chicago Bears. After retiring from professional football, he transitioned into entrepreneurship—founding Time Property Management, a private investment real estate firm, and co‑founding The Wellness Club™, a premier Anti‑Aging and Regenerative Medicine medical spa based in South Tampa.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Aaron has remained committed to giving back. Over the past decade; he has volunteered and mentored students from elementary through college, emphasizing that sports should never outweigh education and teaching how track and athletic discipline translate across nearly all sports and life pursuits.
