Forest Miller

Sports performance Coach

Forest Miller brings a powerful blend of science-based training and holistic movement to the VAST Sports Performance team. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Yoga Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he developed a strong foundation in both performance and recovery.

Throughout college, Forest worked in a variety of gyms and therapy centers, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a focus on rehabilitation and community wellness. He was also a founding member of The Helping Hand Project, a nonprofit that 3D-printed and donated prosthetics to individuals in the Wilmington area.

During his senior year, Forest earned a competitive internship at Wilmington’s D1 Sports Performance facility, where he trained multiple conference championship teams and individual athletes across sports such as track, basketball, soccer, swimming, golf, tennis, and baseball.

Now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Forest is passionate about helping athletes move better, recover smarter, and perform at their highest level—by blending high-performance training with mindful movement and purpose-driven coaching.
