VAST Sport Performance Studio is a 3800 sq ft building that holds 27 yards artificial turf inside and 30 yards outside. The studio has 3 Hammer Strength Power Racks and 2 Life Fitness Cable Machines. Top level speed and agility training equipment for all sports. VAST boasts 2 outdoor plyometric high jump pits to increase explosiveness and power output. Adjacent to the building there is a gated outdoor surface for both athletes and after school program kids.
